Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NAN Laundry Services. By utilizing our premium laundry and dry-cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement & Scheduling
By scheduling a pickup through our website or via phone, you agree to provide accurate location details. Turnaround times are estimates; while we strive for punctuality, unforeseen traffic or operational delays in Dubai may occur.

2. Garment Care & Liability
We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us. However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Liability for damaged or lost items is strictly limited to three times the cost of cleaning the item.

3. Unclaimed Items
All completed orders must be received within 30 days of the initial delivery attempt. Items left unclaimed after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated to a local charity.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be cleared prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and payments processed via Stripe.

5. Personal Items & Valuables
Please check all pockets prior to handing over your garments. NAN Laundry Services is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items (e.g., jewelry, watches, cash) left in clothing.

6. Cancellations
Pickup cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
